Producible paper cup sizes: .Capacity is from 50ml to 500ml. Special cup size also available.
.One machine can produce different capacity cups by changing different molds (these molds’ bottom diameter should be the same). Changing molds easily.  | Working principles / procedures: 1. Paper be printed and cut in advance, becomes slips to make cup body.
2. Paper sender delivers the slips to molds, sealing the body.
3. The cup bottom paper (reel) be cut into slips and sent to molds.
4. Sealing the bottom with body.
5. Knurling and upper edge curling.
6. Discharging finished cups automatically from molds. Sending to collector and be collected and piled and counted automatically.

For YQZB-16 machine, sealing by heating and hot-wind, we recommend you use single PE coated paper, weight 140gsm – 300gsm. Recommend weight is 200-220gsm. Please find below draft and information about paper cutting and consumption for 50ml, 100ml and 150ml cups. If you want produce cups made by two sides PE coated paper, we recommend you use our Ultrasonic cup-shaping machine, can get better finished products appearance. |
