(1)   Heating adhesive machine is composed by heating adhesive part , cooling formalization part. Heating adhesive part is composed by 12 preheating plats (Width:600m) the surface of which is grinded and plated by chrome treatment .Scientific layout of steam pipeline .Length of cooling formalization part :9 meters . The whole machine is hydraulic elevation structured.

(2)   It adopt compact pressure rollers and corrugated sheet is air –power controller and pressed according to different layers.

(3)    1 upper and 1 lower cotton fabric belt (thickness: no less than 10 mm) with good ventilation , high –temp resistance againg resistance and other feature .The upper cotton fabric belt rectification device to regulate.

(4)    Independent drive box, smooth running . The gear box adopts submerged lubrication system .

E.    Normal low voltage apparatuses are products made by Taiwan companies.

F.    Sealing components of oil and air cylinder are imported products and cylinder body is home made.

G.    All Hydraulic and air –powered components are products made by Taiwan companies.
