Single Facer SF-C200

This machine adopts computerized production process, auto monitoring & controlling system and advanced man –machine interface and operations which are cost effective.

(1)        It is equipped with auto programmable device which can be controlled by the operators with simple humanized programs to automatically adjust and optimize starching thickness according to different raw material and different production tempo.

(2)        It is equipped with auto monitoring & controlling system which can immediately separate pressure roller ,upper corrugated roller and starching system to avoid the waste of liner if corrugated sheet abruptly  breaks off in the course of production.

(3)        Upper and lower corrugated roller holders and corrugated rollers are designed separately and independently to finish roller replacement as kindly as possible.

(4)        Driving system , independent drive and gears are integrated in the same drive box which adopts sealed submerged lubrication and is driven by 4 cardan shafts.  

(5)        The lubrication system adopts high-temp grease.

(6)        Auto –cycle glue feeding and digital display of glue  thickness. And glue spread and starching width are electrically adjusted and glue spreader elevation , corrugated roller pressing and single pasting are air controlled.

(7)        Corrugated roller is made of fine alloy steel.And the upper roller and pressure roller are crowing ,refining and MF treated .with full greas submeraged and hard chromium plating .surface hardness .HRC55-60, or ammoniated.

(8)        Working surface of different leading rollers, preheaters, pressure roller and glue spreaders are fine machined and treated with hard chromium plating. The surface of glue spreader is reticulate pattern and then treated with hard chromium plating to get uniform starching and durable service life.

(9)        The corrugated rollers are  UV type and consisted of C roller and B roller .Gear face length : 1850mm ; Diameter of lower corrugated roller :  ф 335 mm.

(10)   Main electrical motor adopts alter- cycle aontrol with Pwr .

(11)   of alter –cycle electrical motor 18.5 kw, pwr of AC Driver 22kw.

(12)   Steam rotary joints and metal hoses are products of high-quality enterprises and valve steam, traps are homemade high-quality products.

(13)   Electrical Control System :

a)     Main motor ,suction motor and over bridge  conveyor motor are AC motors of high- quality motor makers and main motor and conveyor motor adopt alter- cycle control to get optimal power –saving effect .

b)     Capable of controllering left- right movement of 2 roll stands.

c)     It adopts man – machine interface to display its own process ,speed and other data and can display speed data of another single facer and double facer.

d)     Normal low voltage apparatuses are products of Zhengtai Company.

e)     All hydraulic and air –powered components are imported products and the cylinder body is homemade.
