Single -layer preheater

single -layer  preheater:

- The preheater extenal diameter  ф900mm  ф100 mm, ф1100mm.The head is round type.

- Preheat range can be adjusted electrically.

- Effective width : 1400mm - 2500mm.

  Preheaters :(including corrugated preheater, liner preheater,triplex heater for liner )Diameter of corrugated preheater : ф1000 mm ; Diameter of liner preheater : ф1000 mm , Diameter of triplex heater for liner : ф1000 mm ; Width : 1850 mm (all).

(1) Surace of preheaters are polishing treated and water tight tested with 1.3 Mpa .All pressure vessels are accompanied with certificates of soundness issued by the manufacturers.

(2) Working surface of leading rollers is polishing treated and preheating range of raw paper heating area is electrically adjusted .

(3) The head plates of preheaters are butterfly type . And rotary joints and metal hoses can be flexibly connected with power conservation, quick heating –up and smooth drainage.

(4) Electrical control system of preheaters.Normal low voltage apparatuses are products of Zhengtai Company.
